Assessment results email

In the assessment results email, could you also add the name of the Module? For example, in the email title, write "Your Assessment Results - Module 2 Geometry Week 1 Challenge"

That's strange, because I do see the assessment name in the results emails that I get. They look like this:
And the body of the email gives the Module name on the top, as well:
If you noticed that this isn't the case for some exams, could you please tell us which exams these were for? Thanks so much for your help!

What I meant was that the email tells you what module and week it is, but not the name of the module is, like Number Theory.
