Unfinished courses

Hi, I still have several courses that I haven't finished. But my orders for those will be expired at 11/28 this year. I am wondering what will happen after the expiration. Is it that I won't be able to continue the courses? How about the course that I bought which is still under development? Thank you very much!

@debbie I didn't receive any email regarding this issue. If I remember correctly, all my courses should be expired at 11/28, which is tomorrow. But actually this morning they were already expired, including the course which is under development. I am pretty sure the software has bugs that caused such problem. Please correct it. Another thing is that on the website, there is no obvious place that it points out the course subscription is only valid for 1 year. That is why I bought all the courses all together. Only after I bought them did I discover that those would be expired after 1 year. I would suggest you place the 1 year expiration very clearly on the website so that no others could go into the same problem.

@debbie I've just updated your enrollments so that the courses that you have basically finished, with 97%-99% progress, I've made expire on December 28th, 2020. And the course that you are 32% of the way through, Module 5 (Number Theory), I've given you two more months for, so it expires January 28, 2021.
Also, for Module 6, which is still under development, I've extended the expiration date by one year, to November 28, 2021.
I'm terribly sorry that you've encountered this inconvenience, and I'll be sure to pass on your feedback about the website explaining the course expiration more clearly, to the marketing team. Thanks so much for sticking with us, and we really appreciate you being such a loyal student. We promise that Module 6 will start production soon, as Prof. Loh plans to film his videos by the end of December, so that course should hopefully be out in not too long.
