"Invalid Assessment Login" Error

I tried to send exam results to myself so I can review the answers for the required questions, but this is all that comes up. My email address is different from the one registered on my account.

Turns out the message was sent but now when I click go back to exam results in the email this comes up:
There seems to be quite some bugs.

@The-Darkin-Blade Hi there! This error happens if you click on the "Try Again" without actually continuing on to the exam and inputting answers. The system will clear its cache of your previous exam answers.
If you click on this “Try Again” button, then the system clears the results from the previous assessment, so that \( \color{red} \text{ your results won't be able to be viewed anymore.} \) Even if you don't click the "Continue" button on the next page (shown below), the results cache has been cleared already.
You will get the Assessment Login Error message that you showed to me, and you will not be able to access your old scores or answers.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but this is something that we have little control over, as our exams are managed through another website, Brillium.I hope this helps! Don't worry, you are not the first person to have experienced this issue.
