Pi day thing

I'm taking the pi day test thing and I don't know if it's just me but the numbers are showing up weird. I can still understand them but there's slashes everywhere.

The same goes for mine at the Pi day quiz, at question 5, there are some choices, but for mine, the last choice is only just a picture sign like this(I have reloaded it again and again but it won't work):

I'm pretty sure that's the latex code. That sometimes happens to me too.
