How many 4-digit numbers have their digits in increasing order? Repeating digits are OK. For example, 1337 and 2468 both count, but 3137 doesn't. This is like one of the questions in Module 4! How many ways are there to choose the values of a, b, c, and d if 1≤a≤b≤c≤some number (in this case, 9)
