@The-Rogue-Blade It's actually a reference to this book, "CDB," by William Steig, which is very hilarious and writes the entire narrative out in terms of onomatopeia-like acronyms.
Prof. Loh was writing out many combinatorial ways, one of which was "CDB."
"CDB...." (get it? )
