I picked a and the system said it was wrong but in the list of answers it said a was right? ???????????????

@TSS-Graviser Thanks for this comment! Actually, it's because there are two correct choices: the first choice (the quadrilateral is cyclic), and the third choice (it has two pairs of equal length sides).
