      Hello,
I am not sure what I did wrong. The initial question was:
      f7bafe22-6549-407a-8b04-a5a70af5373e-image.png

Angle ACB is also 72 degrees because AB and AC are equal.
That means angle DCB is 36 (Bisector) and so angle BDC is also 72. This means that triangle BDC is isosceles. This means that CD is also 2. Also angle CDA is 108 and triangle ADC is isosceles. SO AD and DC are equal. So now the triangle looks like this

      9d17c0bd-58e6-4b7a-9457-31fd79ce60af-image.png

Since AD and DB are on the line (base), then ratio of the areas would be ratio of the lengths which would be 2/((sqrt(5) - 1).

Is there something wrong that I did?

        Hello! @authenticcrane
I'm not sure if the challenge was wrong or not, but I have previously done this question before and it seems I got the same answer as yours. I belive there is no problem in your solution though.

Hello, you are now looking at a book worm who likes animations about stickman, and is very nearly bad at math.
If you wanna see my animations, search "AshFang1130" on BilliBilli(哔哩哔哩)
        P.S. I LOVE WARRIOR CATS!!!!!!!!
        P.P.S I also play GachaClub
