Tencent is a near-monopoly that really doesn't seem to have any creativity unless you count buying other smaller companies, like Riot Games, the company that makes Valorant, League of Legends, and Teamfight Tactics. That's right: the company that makes Mobile Legends owns the company that makes League of Legends.

Everything in there is way too overpowered. Minions are stronger than turrets, and unless the enemy team can towerdive your team, you can sit around nexus and stall the game out. Backdoors, which are a really fun part of League, can't be done in Mobile Legends because the nexus is a turret and you need to be able to tank it.

Pay to play. Skins give extra defenses/ damage??? Why???
-
That thing is time consuming, maybe more than League because League needs a PC/ laptop to play on (might change soon) and the fact that Mobile Legends is, well, mobile means that kids can play it a lot more because it requires less from the player.

I'm actually scared to play ranked, hence why my win rate is so low. I have lost so many games because of that one bad player or because of that overpowered champion I'm not willing to lose lp to play ranked.
-
@The-Darkin-Blade First, minions aren't necessarily "stronger" than the turrets; they die off pretty quickly and don't carry out much damage. The reason why they can defeat turrets is because they come in large supply and are very persistent, if you may. Also, you can't wait around for the minions to do the work for you because the system will say that you are "AFK" which will result in many consequences (this has happened to me so many times, which I do not understand because more than half of the time I actually wasn't away from keyboard). To answer your question about skins giving extra defenses/damage, it's to prompt players to buy skins. Or else, why would anyone spend money to get skins???
Anyway, this is just my take on Mobile Legends. I don't have much knowledge of League of Legends so there may be things that I am not aware of and have stated wrongly but I hope that this was helpful.
(By the way, I think we should stop posting about League of Legends and Mobile Legends though because it doesn't have anything to do with math )

Just curious, does anyone watch LoL esports here, specifically the LCS? I know the Lock-in tournament just started and I wanna know if anyone's been watching that
