1. Where will the office hours be?
Office hours will take place on the forum itself. When office hours are in session, the forum header will look like this:
Simply post a question into one of the Daily Challenge Course Discussion categories, and our live T.A.s will answer right away.
2. When are office hours?
Every Sunday, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. (EST)
3. What can I ask about?
You can really ask about anything! The exception is questions about exam scores or exam solutions, for privacy and fairness. Please instead write to support@poshenloh.com for help with exams.
Note: Priority will be given to course-and-math-related questions.
4. What if I have questions and it's not time for office hours?
You can always ask us questions in the forum course categories, anytime! Additionally, you can write to support@poshenloh.com. We guarantee a reply within 24 hours. We love to hear from students and answer their interesting questions.
5. How do I find an admin or course moderator?
Look for the "Admin" or "Moderator" badge next to their username!
